Our rental boxes are not cardboard boxes, they are heavy-duty recycled plastic moving boxes that Make Moving Easier. Every move by its very nature requires boxes and cardboard moving boxes just doesn’t make the grade when it comes to moving your precocious possessions. We aim to make your next big move just a little easier and a whole lot greener with a promise that we’ll stand by, Buska Boxes Make Moving Easier.

To be precise! Our Moving Crates measure 40 x 60 x 30H in CM or to put it a different way, they are the perfect size to hold in your hands and still be able to walk through a door or up the stairs while keeping the skin on you knuckles!!.

How does the free delivery & collection service work?
Each package order comes with 1 free delivery and 1 free collection included.

How do I pay for my Buska Box rental?
You can Order and pay securely online. We take payment by credit card, debit card or Paypal. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

You provide the boxes but can you also move my belongings to my new home or office?
No, we’ve got the boxes and moving supplies, everything you’ll need to get the job done yourself but if you do need a moving company recommendation just give us a call. We know the best ones and will put you in touch.

Do Buska Boxes get cleaned between rentals?
They sure do. You can expect that the boxes will arrive in the quantity ordered, clean and ready for duty. As an extra measure during the Covid 19 era we’ve been taking some additional precautionary measures for our customers by cleaning the boxes between customer rentals and then also isolating the boxes for at least 1 week between rentals.

Do I need to be home for my Buska Box delivery & collection?
Yes, or at least someone will need to be home for your to receive and sign for the order. We’ll be able to give you a reasonable ETA for your convenience.

What happens once I have placed my order?
Once you place your order you’ll receive a message confirming receipt of your order. Once we’ve processed the order we’ll reach out again confirming the delivery arrangements along with a note on the collection arrangements for the end of your hire period.

What if i'm not ready for my scheduled collection. What are my options?
No problem, moving home or business throws up a lot of unforeseen delays. You can extend the hire period for as long as you need by adding additional weeks for a small fee, just let your account manager know or send us an enquiry below.
